Live chat around the clock

Live chat is the main support channel and runs around the clock, side by side with e-mail. Agents handle deposits, withdrawals, verification and account questions.

There is no phone line and no customer care number. Chat and e-mail are the only direct channels, and the Help Center answers the common questions in writing.

Stake support e-mail addresses

Each address covers one kind of request. Writing from the e-mail registered on the account speeds up every check.

Support addresses and their use
AddressUse
support@stake.comGeneral support, payment issues, complaints, return after self-exclusion
recovery@stake.comLost 2FA or lost access to the registered e-mail
accountclosure@stake.comAccount closure and reopening after 24 hours

Lost-access cases go straight to recovery@stake.com rather than general support. Closing or reopening an account goes to accountclosure@stake.com from the registered address.

Checking that an e-mail is genuine

Three addresses send genuine mail, and the sender address is the check that counts. Phishing messages copy the look of real ones.

  • noreply@stake.com sends security, sign-in, verification and recovery messages;
  • noreply@mail.stake.com sends marketing messages;
  • support@stake.com answers support conversations.

Check the sender before opening links or attachments. A message from any other address asking for a password or a 2FA code is not from the operator.

Deposit and withdrawal questions

Payment questions go to live chat or support@stake.com. A bank withdrawal still not approved after 3 business days is the point to contact support.

  • attach a screenshot and the transaction ID;
  • state the currency, the amount and the date;
  • expect extra identity checks before a withdrawal, which can be requested at any time;
  • funds left in a closed, locked or excluded account are recovered through support@stake.com.

Timing for each method is listed under withdrawal times. Wallet steps for Indian Rupee sit under deposit rules.

Lost 2FA or lost e-mail access

Lost authenticator access goes to recovery@stake.com from the registered e-mail. The team asks for account details to confirm ownership, and access returns within 48 hours.

  1. Write to recovery@stake.com from the e-mail on the account.
  2. Answer the ownership questions about the account.
  3. Set up 2FA again after access is restored.

Lost access to the e-mail itself also goes to recovery@stake.com, written from the new address that should replace it. Sign-in steps and passkeys are covered under the login guide.

VIP host support

From Platinum IV, a player may be assigned a dedicated VIP host. The host helps resolve issues and answers questions about the casino, the sportsbook and the account.

Every other rank uses the same live chat and e-mail, around the clock. Ranks and wager thresholds are set out under VIP Club.

Help Center in English and Hindi

The Help Center collects articles on accounts, Stake Smart, payments, casino, sports, bonuses and loyalty programs. It covers Indian Rupee deposits and withdrawals and the identity documents accepted in India.

A Hindi version runs at help.stake.com/hi/ with a smaller set of translated articles. The language switcher offers 17 languages in total.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints go first to support@stake.com, free of charge, within six months of the incident. The operator confirms receipt in writing within one week and explains how the complaint will be handled.

  1. Send the complaint to support@stake.com with dates, amounts and transaction IDs.
  2. Wait for the written confirmation and the final decision.
  3. If the decision does not settle it, file the Claims Form at cadre.online or write to operators@cadre.online.

CADRE B.V. is an alternative dispute resolution body certified by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Once a case goes there, all contact about the dispute runs through CADRE, and the courts of Curaçao remain open as a separate route.

Stake Chat and community channels

Stake Chat is the public chat room on the site, separate from support. Posting needs a one-time wager of at least $500.

  • write in the language of the chat channel;
  • politics and religion are strictly banned;
  • support questions belong in live chat or e-mail, not the public room.

The site footer lists channels on X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram and Facebook, plus Stake Forum. Account details and codes belong only in live chat or e-mail; the channel addresses are listed under company details.

Limits, exclusions and closure through support

Most Stake Smart tools are set from the account, and support takes over where self-service stops. Chat and e-mail handle these requests:

  • Poker Exclusion, which is requested through chat or e-mail;
  • Self Exclusion when it cannot be started from the account;
  • lifting an indefinite Product Exclusion;
  • a return after Self Exclusion, by e-mail to support@stake.com once 6 months have passed;
  • reopening a closed account after 24 hours, through accountclosure@stake.com or the support team.

A self-excluded player can still log in to contact support. Help with gambling problems is free on Tele-MANAS 14416, around the clock; the account tools are listed under responsible gambling, and online money games fall under the PROG Act, 2025.
