Stake Poker: Hold'em, Omaha, Pineapple and Card Room Rules

The Stake Poker card room

Stake Poker has its own group in the casino lobby. Players meet each other at the tables, and the room earns through rake, a share of each pot or entry.

Poker in the live dealer room works differently: Evolution tables play each hand against the dealer.

Game formats

The card room runs six formats, from classic Hold'em to fast-fold tables. The mode list also carries JAQKpot!.

Card room versus live poker

The card room and the live poker tables share names but not the opponent. The table sets the two side by side.

Poker rakeback: 3.5% of rake

Poker rakeback is calculated as 3.5% of the rake a player pays. Casino and sportsbook rakeback run on other bases, so the three products are counted separately.

Earned rakeback collects on the Rakeback tab of the VIP area and can be claimed at any time.

Card room rules and policies

Three poker policies sit in the Policies menu next to the Terms of Service. They govern play, refunds and security at the tables:

• Poker Card Room Rules;
• Poker Refund Policy;
• Poker Security & Ecology Policy.

Stake Poker is also on the list of games locked while a deposit bonus wager requirement is active.

Poker Exclusion

Poker Exclusion blocks the card room only, for a period from 1 day to 1 year or indefinitely. It is set through live chat or e-mail and cannot be reversed once in place.

Loss and wager limits, Break in Play and Self Exclusion cover the whole account. The account limit tools list each option.

Before a seat at the table

Play is open only to adults aged 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Every deposit is wagered 100% before a withdrawal.

The casino lobby links the card room with slots and live tables. Free help with gambling problems is available around the clock on Tele-MANAS 14416. Online money games in India fall under the PROG Act, 2025: see the legal position in India before any deposit.
